Terrible accident in Turkey: Plane carrying top military officials crashes; All dead PHOTO/VIDEO
Chief of the Libyan Army General Staff Mohamed Al Hadad and his entourage were killed today in a plane crash, which disappeared from radar shortly after taking off from Turkey’s Ankara Esenboğa Airport, Libyan Prime Minister Abdelhamid Dbeibah said.
“We have been informed of the death of the Chief of Staff of the Libyan Army, Al Hadad, and those accompanying him,” Dbeibah said, as reported by Hürriyet.
According to reports, the plane crashed about two kilometers from the village of Kesikavak in the Haymana district.
Turkish Minister of Justice Yılmaz Tunç announced that an investigation into the plane crash has been launched.

The Minister of National Defense, Yaşar Güler, earlier on Tuesday received the Chief of the Libyan General Staff, General Hadad.
The Chief of the General Staff, General Selçuk Bayraktaroğlu, officially welcomed General Al-Hadad, who visited Turkey as his guest, at the General Staff headquarters.
