Russian unit attacked: There are dead
Two police officers were killed and one was wounded when an unidentified assailant attacked a Russian police unit in the city of Karachayivsk in Karachayevo-Cherkessia, North Caucasus.
This was announced by the regional department of the Russian Investigative Committee.
As stated, an unknown person fired a firearm several times at the police squad in the city today.
After that, the attacker stole the official weapon and ammunition of the police, reports Interfax.
The search for the attacker is ongoing.
