The Prosecutor's Office in Pristina has filed an indictment against T.P. for an alleged war crime

The Prosecutor’s Office of the Provisional Institutions in Pristina has filed an indictment against T.P., suspecting that he allegedly committed a war crime against the civilian population during the 1999 conflict in Kosovo and Metohija.

According to the indictment, T.P., in the village of Crnce and surrounding villages in the municipality of Istok, in collusion with other members of Serbian forces, committed murder, looting, and destruction of property belonging to Albanian civilians.

The indictment charges T.P. with participating in the killing of five members of a single family in April 1999, as well as the theft of movable property.
