"An open discussion about recommendations for improving the electoral process with the director of ODIHR, Matteo Mecacci, a good expert on our situation, who has been following it since 2012.

We discussed all aspects of the recommendations, as well as possible solutions to certain open issues, which would contribute to an atmosphere of greater mutual trust, but also greater responsibility of all actors.

I pointed out that democracy, as a constantly developing process, always leaves room for improvement in all fields of importance for citizens, including for the improvement of the electoral process, as the most important basis for expressing the free will of voters," Vučić said on his Instagram account.
