"I fought for Serbia, for the arrival of as many investors as possible in Serbia. I begged for more investors," said Vučić.

"President Xi said several important things, important for those who listen carefully and patiently to the great president of China. He said that the world is in a time of great changes, he assessed the relations between Serbia and China as exceptional, considering us steel friends. He expressed his desire to deepen relations in three directions, which means a higher level of cooperation. And this means that the two presidents meet once a year and come to an agreement," he said.

As he said, point two is mutual support.

"President Xi told me 'if you need, if you need something, ask us'. He specifically mentioned my role, but also the role of SNS, which he said is a stabilizing factor and a factor of the future for the country and that its policy of independence has brought a lot of good things to Serbia," said Vučić.

The third direction in which cooperation should be improved is, as stated by Vučić, insisting on mutually beneficial cooperation and continuing to use mechanisms, such as those from the free trade agreement, which are already yielding significant results.

"We are building the common destiny of China and Serbia and we had a good start, we have good results. Today is a time of great changes in the world and risks, it is important for us to support strategic friendship," Xi Jinping said.

President Vučić said that he was very happy that he was given the opportunity to speak with him.

"Such friends of Serbia are rare, who always did something for our country and for my people, and never asked for anything. Also, I want to tell you that I did not come to ask for anything, I came to say a big thank you and to inform you that I think we managed to fight the color revolution that was organized from the outside in an attempt to overthrow the leadership of Serbia," said Vučić.

"Thank you for confirming China's participation in EXPO 2027. We would ask you to look into this issue alone to make China's presence in Serbia as strong as possible that year. All infrastructure facilities are progressing well," said Vučić.

"Thank you for all kinds of political support! There is only one principle for us - the principle of China!" pointed out Vučić.
