The inspection of the National Assembly has been completed after the bomb threat alert, MIA announced
Members of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) completed the inspection of the National Assembly during the night, after it was reported that a bomb had been planted in this building.
The counter-sabotage teams, which were immediately sent to the scene, established that the report was false, and during the inspection of the National Assembly, no suspicious items were found.
Previously, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior Ivica Dačić said last night that around 8:47 p.m. it was reported to the "192" system that a bomb had been planted in the National Assembly.
According to him, counter-sabotage teams were immediately sent to the scene to conduct a complete inspection of the facility.
