FCC relays concession rights to PORR

Spain's FCC is not withdrawing from the Horgos-Pozega highway deal, an official says. Rather, FCC is relaying 50 percent of its concession rights to Austria's PORR, state secretary with the Ministry of Infrastructure, Mihailo Markovic, told reporters Thursday.
