Serbian currency continues to recover

The Serbian dinar (RSD) gained 0.19 percent against the euro (EUR) on Tuesday. The official middle exchange rate is today at RSD 106.1811, announced the National Bank of Serbia. Serbian currency continues to recover The central bank has made no interventions in the interbank foreign exchange market since the start of the year. In 2011, it sold a total of EUR 2.579bn and bought EUR 226.5mn in an attempt to prevent excessive daily oscillations in the foreign exchange market. Last year, the dinar was strongest on January 4, when the official middle exchange rate was 95.9679, and weakest on November 4, when one euro was worth 107.5216.
