Justice minister wants pedophilia case judges dismissed

Justice Minister Dusan Petrovic will ask for the dismiss four Novi Sad judges in the Abbott Ilarion case. Minister Petrovic has asked for the dismissals of Novi Sad Municipal Court President Petar Mohan, judges Snjezana Matijevic and Tatjana Sunjka, and District Court judge Zdenka Stakic, according to the Beta news agency. According to Beta, the judges did not use all the available legal measures to speed up the process against the abbott, which eventually fell under the statute od limitations. The case was therefore dismissed and Ilarion is a free man. The Supreme Court will rule on Petrovic’s request.
