RS PM Milorad Dodik says that the RS government has proof that Deputy High Representative to Bosnia Raffi Gregorian ran a coordinated campaign against the RS. The RS prime minister also said that “foreigners are completely unnecessary in Bosnia-Herzegovina,” adding that Sarajevo wanted the OHR to remain in Bosnia so that it could further “undermine the RS’s powers.” He said that international representatives’ explanation that they could not leave Bosnia for fear of the RS’s secession, was “a hoax from Sarajevo that part of the international community has fallen for.” "We don’t have secession on our agenda.
