RS PM Milorad Dodik says that the RS government has proof that Deputy High Representative to Bosnia Raffi Gregorian ran a coordinated campaign against the RS. Dodik added that he would soon be suing the U.S. diplomat and several judges and prosecutors on suspicion of criminal association against the entity. “OHR leading campaign against RS” “At the last cabinet meeting we formed a group that will draw up a lawsuit and submit it,” the RS prime minister told Belgrade daily Vecernje Niovosti. "Gregorian is the one who called the Bosnia-Herzegovina prosecutor and told him exactly what to do in order to stir up problems,” Dodik said. The Bosnia-Herzegovina courts want members of the Investigation and Protection Agency to seize several documents from the RS government and ministries pertaining to an investigation into the building of the new RS government building, the Banja Luka-Gradiska highway, and the RTV head office in Banja Luka, as well as other documents regarding the work of several construction companies and their links to RS ministries. "They have placed under the microscope everything that is going on in the RS. They’ve even launched an investigation into the construction of the RTV HQ in Banja Luka. They object to the construction of the new RS government building, because its emblematic of Srpska” he said, adding that that was why they wanted to call it into question and defile it. Dodik said that Gregorian had been conducting an organized campaign against the RS and Banja Luka government for some time now, for which substantial proof existed. The RS prime minister also said that “foreigners are completely unnecessary in Bosnia-Herzegovina,” adding that Sarajevo wanted the OHR to remain in Bosnia so that it could further “undermine the RS’s powers.” He said that international representatives’ explanation that they could not leave Bosnia for fear of the RS’s secession, was “a hoax from Sarajevo that part of the international community has fallen for.” "We don’t have secession on our agenda. We have no attention of doing that, nor are we undertaking any activities linked to secession,” he stressed. "Dodik surrounded by suspicious characters" Deputy IHR to Bosnia Raffi Gregorian says certain people linked to the Serbian criminal underworld and Ratko Mladic’s support network have RS PM Milorad Dodik’s ear. The deputy international high representative did not wish to name any names, though he said that these people were either members or were close to the Republic of Srpska intelligence center no.410, that was disbanded in 2003 for illegal phone tapping. “Some of these people, who now have ties to the Republic of Srpska prime minister, are former senior officials in the RS military and security services,“ said Gregorian. He added that Dodik had pledged on a number of occasions to submit documentation sought by the Bosnian prosecution, but that he would believe “his actions, not his words.“ “I hope that the documentation will be submitted in the end. I also expect all the paperwork to be submitted to state organs, not just what Dodik wants them to have,“ stressed Gregorian. He added that Dodik was “a person who’s ruining the image of the RS.“
