Sejdiu blames Belgrade for dearth of returns

Kosovo President Fatmir Sejdiu says that the small amount of displaced persons returning to Kosovo is all due to the policies of the government in Belgrade. “We want all the people to return to their homes, but the problem is that the majority of these people are still an instrument of the irrational policies pursued by Belgrade,” Sejdiu told Podgorica television station Atlas.
