Ratko Mladic will appear before the Hague Tribunal Monday to enter a plea on the charges of genocide, crimes against humanity and violations of customs of war. He will appear without a lawyer, since the Hague Tribunal Secretariat is yet to appoint him a permanent counsel from a list submitted by Mladic himself.
