Dehari then asked that her microphone be turned off, after which she approached him and asked to be allowed to speak.He immediately adjourned the session and announced a continuation for July 25 at 11:00 a.m.According to the decision of the Constitutional Court of June 26, the Assembly of Kosovo has three days left until the process of its constitution by electing the president and five vice-presidents should be completed.At the same time, the President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, turned to the Constitutional Court yesterday with a request for an interpretation of the legal consequences that may arise if the Assembly is not constituted within the stipulated period of 30 days.On that occasion, she emphasized that the request she submitted to the court has a preventive character and is necessary in order to guarantee the democratic functioning of the country&#39;s institutions.She added that this is an unprecedented case in the political life of Kosovo and that the lack of consensus regarding the constitution of the Assembly within the constitutional deadline has created legal ambiguity.Osmani expressed her hope that the Constitutional Court will give priority to that issue.The president also emphasized that there is no consensus or compromise in sight to solve the issue within the stipulated time and that they simultaneously submitted a request for a temporary measure that would cancel the 30-day deadline.The request for a temporary measure presents the possibility to avoid the entry of institutions into an endless blockade, said Osmani.
