A person believed to be connected to the kidnapping of a journalist has been detainedIraqi authorities have arrested an individual linked to the Iranian militia Kataib Hezbollah in connection with the abduction of American journalist Shelley Kittelson, U.S. Assistant Secretary of State Dylan Johnson reported.The Iraqi Ministry of Interior confirmed that Kittelson was abducted in central Baghdad on Tuesday evening.
