Everything must be available to the public,&rdquo; Milatović said.Justice without accountability is not justice, Milatović emphasized, adding:&ldquo;A state without accountability is not a state. Order in a country is not established by stories or magic wands, but through responsibility and daily work. The Prime Minister must demonstrate this today. Either dismiss those responsible, or take responsibility himself.&rdquo;
