At the moment, part of Vovchansk is under the control of Ukraine&rsquo;s Defense Forces, and the enemy has not captured Kupiansk but has lied about it. Heavy fighting continues at the front, and the enemy is throwing in many forces,&#39; Kovalenko emphasized.
