The last regular elections in Mionica and Negotin were held on October 17, 2021.According to the Law on Local Elections, municipal assembly members are elected for a four-year term, and elections must be held no later than 30 days before the end of their mandate.From the day elections are called to the day they are held, no fewer than 45 and no more than 60 days may pass. The decision to call elections determines the election date, as well as the date from which the deadlines for carrying out electoral procedures begin to run.
