(52), a manager within the Department for Financial Accounting Affairs who, in addition to this criminal offense, is also charged with the extended criminal offense of tax evasion.As suspected, Dj.M., according to the previous agreement with B.J. and V.&Scaron;. from the account of the Novi Sad student cooperative, during 2022 and 2023, converted into cash 15,511,330 dinars out of a total of 21,235,508 dinars that the Faculty of Medicine in Novi Sad paid to this cooperative on the basis of false invoices issued for the work of its members, which were not executed. Then he gave this money to V.&Scaron;., while he kept more than 1.7 million dinars in the cooperative&#39;s account and thus obtained an illegal financial benefit.
