Attacker of Robert Fico convicted: Here's the sentence he received
A Slovak court ruled today that the man who shot and wounded Prime Minister Robert Fico last year is guilty of terrorism and sentenced him to 21 years in prison.
Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico was seriously injured in an assassination attempt in the town of Handlová in mid-May 2024.
According to Reuters, the sentence handed down today to the attacker of the Slovak Prime Minister can be appealed to the country’s Supreme Court.
