A new negotiations round is scheduled; Germans, British and French arrive
Senior French, British and German officials will meet Iranian representatives in Rome on Friday to discuss Iran's nuclear program, Reuters reported, citing two unnamed diplomatic sources.

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said Tehran was ready for dialogue, but criticized European countries for failing to reach a nuclear deal.
"Iran is always ready to talk, but we cannot accept a policy that has failed," Araghchi said.
According to the agency, the fact that Iran wants to talk with Great Britain, Germany and France, i.e. the E3 group, suggests that Tehran is keeping its options open after talks with the United States of America, as well as evaluating the position of European countries and the potential introduction of UN sanctions before October, when the resolution ratifying the 2015 agreement expires.
The Iranian delegation had separate meetings with the American, Russian and Chinese delegations about its nuclear program.
The meeting in Rome and the European countries precedes the fourth round of negotiations between Iran and the US, which will take place this weekend in Italy.
