He reached the first final of the Olympic Games in his career, brought a new medal to Serbia and got the chance to fight for the gold he wants so much.

"I secured a medal. I put the most pressure on myself, I hope I made the fans in Serbia and beyond happy, I hope for the best in the final," Djokovic said.

About the match with Alcaraz in the final: "I want to give my best. I didn't lose a set, neither did he. I know what a challenge it is, but guys, I'm in the final of the Olympic Games. Guys, let me celebrate, thank you!" Novak concluded.
