Heartbreaking scenes in the Special Court; Parents with bowed heads, crushed by pain PHOTO

The parents of the murdered children from the elementary school "Vladislav Ribnikar" who were killed by the minor K.K. on May 3, 2023, arrived at today's trial of Miljana and Vladimir Kecmanović, who are being tried on the charges that they made the weapon with which their son killed his peers and the school guard easily accessible.

As reported by reporters from the scene, the scenes outside and in the court are heartbreaking.

"The parents of the murdered children arrive every hour. They enter the court with their heads bowed, crushed by pain," says Blic.

Adriana Dukić's parents arrived first, the mother sat and cried, the father sat with his head down.

Then Andjelko Aćimović, Angelina Aćimović's father, as well as Ema Kobiljski's parents Nina and Dragan arrived. All of them are in tears, hugging and crying together, in each other arms, the paper continues.

Miloš and Suzana Čikić, Andrija Ćikić's parents, also arrived at K.K.'s testimony, looking sadly around.

Numerous journalistic teams are also present, although the trial is closed to the public, and before the start of the trial, the lawyer of the families of the murdered children, Ognjen Božović, addressed them briefly.

"As is well known, the hearing of the juvenile murderer is expected today. He has the right to refuse to testify, given that he has already been heard. This is the first opportunity for the families of the murdered to ask questions that have been troubling them for a year," Božović said.

Let us recall that the killer boy who carried out the massacre at the elementary school "Vladislav Ribnikar" on May 3 last year will meet face to face with the families of his victims, as well as his parents, for the first time since he killed innocent children and the school guard. Since the indictment was filed, he has been forbidden to communicate with his parents.
