Humanitarian bike ride to Kosovo and Metohija: For children suffering from cancer
On Tuesday, August 26, 2025, Marko Nikolić and Srdjan Veličković will start a humanitarian bicycle ride, dedicated to children suffering from cancer and the "Always with Children" Association.
Their route leads from Belgrade to Kosovo and Metohija, and they received a blessing for this journey from Bishop Peter.
During the multi-day drive, Marko and Srdjan will also visit important places in Kosovo and Metohija: Leposavić, Kosovska Mitrovica, Gračanica, Štrpce and Prizren, as well as the monasteries of Gračanica, Saint Archangels and Visoki Dečani, and the Patriarchate of Peć. On this journey, they will be supported by the brothers from Kosovo and Metohija, to whom the participants are especially grateful.
The association "Always with Children" was founded in 1991 with the mission to improve the quality of treatment and life of children suffering from malignant diseases, as well as to provide comprehensive support to their families during long-term and exhausting treatment.
