The Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Zaječar scheduled for June 16 the reconstruction of the events as part of the investigation against Dejan Dragijević and Srdjan Janković, suspects in the murder of the two-year-old girl Danka Ilić.

As part of the supplementary investigation, girl's mother I.I. was re-examined.
The completion of the investigation was previously ordered by the Appellate Court in Niš after it twice returned the decision confirming the indictment to the High Court in Zaječar, with the second time ordering that the decision be made by a completely new panel of the High Court in Negotin.
