The trial of acting teacher Miroslav Aleksić has been postponed again
In the High Court in Belgrade today, the trial of the owner of the acting school Miroslav Aleksić, accused of raping and sexually harassing several students of the school, was postponed until May 21.
The trial was postponed due to the absence of Aleksić, i.e. due to his health condition.
The judge said that a new expert examination was ordered to determine whether Aleksic is fit to attend the trial.
Today's trial was attended by actress Milena Radulović, who was the first to report Aleksić for sexual abuse.
Examination of witnesses is planned for the next trial.
Aleksić was charged with four criminal offenses of rape, two of which were extended in duration and five criminal offenses of sexual harassment, two of which were also qualified in extended duration.
He was the first to be reported for sexual abuse by actress Milena Radulović, and soon Iva Ilinčić, and then other girls, joined the accusations against him.
He was arrested on January 16, 2021 and was in custody until September 10 of the same year, which was then replaced by house arrest with electronic monitoring, after which his house arrest was lifted on March 10, 2022, and he is now defending pending trial.
