New school curriculum is published: Here's when the students will take the trial junior high school graduation
In the amended Rulebook on the curriculum of educational work of elementary schools for the school year 2024/2025, which was published in the Educational Gazette, the trial final exam is scheduled for April 25, instead of March 21 and 22.
However, the Ministry of Education clarifies that everything remains as announced, which means that on Friday, April 25, students of the eighth grade will solve only the test in mathematics, while the test in Serbian, i.e. the mother tongue, as well as the test in the subjects of their choice, will be done by students in the period from April 22 to 30, in the manner and at the time determined by the school.
"This is stated in the special calendar for conducting the final exam, in addition, the Ministry of Education has sent a letter to schools about the mentioned changes," the Ministry stated.
Let us remind you that the postponement of the graduation date was due to the current situation in schools.
Eighth graders will take their final exam on June 16, 17 and 18, and so far there has been no talk of rescheduling the final exam.
