A new video of the tragedy was released: People in a panic, trying to escape VIDEO

The video shows the panic and the attempt to run away from the people who were in the night club at the time of the fire, and you can also hear the attendees screaming as they try to escape the fire.

Let's recall that at least 59 people died in the fire that broke out in the night between Saturday and Sunday in the Pulse night club in Kočani. The youngest victim was only 14 years old. Among the injured are at least 150 people, who were transferred to hospitals in Kočani, Štip and Skopje, after which emergency transport was carried out to the surrounding countries. More than 20 patients were transferred to Serbia. The Serbian Army twice sent a plane to pick up the injured.

At the time of the fire, there were at least 500 people in the building. On the videos that are circulating on the social networks, you can see how the guests of the night club are having fun, while the sprinklers are activated near the stage. At one point, the sprinklers hit the ceiling and the moment the ceiling starts to burn was filmed.

The night club, whose owner was arrested, had a falsified work permit. So far, more than 15 people have been detained, including government officials. Some of the suspects were injured in the fire and are in the hospital.

After the tragedy in Kočani, March 18 was declared the Day of Mourning in Serbia.
