A train hit a van with a child in it; The driver died, the child is in critical condition
In a serious traffic accident that happened today in the Rakovica settlement, the van driver lost his life, while a four-year-old child is in critical condition and is currently being resuscitated.
According to the first information, the accident occurred when the train, which was traveling on the Belgrade-Užice route, hit a van at one of the local crossings.
Witnesses from the scene say that the impact was extremely strong and that the van was almost completely crushed.
According to unofficial information, the child's parents, who were in the vehicle, were also injured.
The cause of the accident has not yet been officially confirmed, and an investigation is underway that should provide more information about how the collision occurred.
