Vučić on the fight for KiM: We have certain things in the safe, the question is when we will reveal them
President of Serbia Aleksandar Vučić said at the Ambassadorial Conference in Belgrade that Serbia has certain things in its safe and will fight against a new wave of recognition of Kosovo and Metohija.
“We have certain things in our safe; the question is when we will reveal them. We will fight for what is ours and defend our interests, but right now we are backed into a corner, and we are dealing with a major European power,” Vučić said, referring to a new wave of recognitions of Kosovo and Metohija.
Vučić stated that this involves a democratic country that has not acted according to its principles and noted that it also has claims on Serbia’s territory.
He clearly said that, through Saudi Arabia, a new wave of recognitions of Kosovo has begun, which took place in Syria and Sudan.
He added that Serbia must now start a wave of derecognitions, which will be a priority for every Serbian diplomat in the upcoming period.
Vučić also said that no one came to Serbia’s aid from the East or the West when the country was in its most difficult moments, cornered, and that what Serbia had expected with Trump’s rise to power did not happen.
