Veselin Milić questioned again; He presented his defense
At the Higher Public Prosecutor’s Office in Belgrade, Veselin Milić was questioned again today regarding the criminal offences of failure to report a criminal offence and its perpetrator, and aiding an offender after the commission of a criminal offence.
During the hearing, he presented his defense.
Veselin Milić is included in the order to conduct an investigation that is being carried out against 10 other individuals in connection with the criminal offence of aggravated murder committed against Aleksandar Nešović at the “27” restaurant on May 12, 2026, because there are grounds for suspicion that, in his capacity as head of the Police Administration for the City of Belgrade, he failed to report the commission of a criminal offence despite having knowledge of it.
He was first questioned on May 15, 2026.
