He is expected to be questioned today at the trial of his parents, Miljana and Vladimir Kecmanović.
The minor was transported from the medical institution where he has been held for nearly three years, most likely in an ambulance, accompanied by several police vehicles in front of and behind it.
This will be his third testimony, as he was previously questioned during the investigation and in earlier proceedings.
During the retrial, the Kecmanovićs presented their defense, while injured parties—namely the family members of those killed and wounded—have also been heard.
The Kecmanovićs have denied guilt since the beginning of the trial.
The trial is closed to the public at the request of the Higher Public Prosecutor’s Office in Belgrade, in order to protect the interests of minors and the privacy of the victims. The proceedings are being repeated after the Court of Appeal in Belgrade overturned the initial verdict, which had sentenced the Kecmanovićs to lengthy prison terms, and ordered a retrial.
