A five year old child from the village of Besnik near Rozaje, in northeastern Montenegro, has died from etiol poisoning.

Poor child, I hope the corrupt and evil Crna Gora government does some thing positive and provide their citizens with some formal education so they don't end up doing stupid things like this situation ending in a childs death!!!
