Bosnia-Herzegovina court annuls results of RS referendum

The Constitutional Court of Bosnia-Herzegovina on Thursday annulled the results of <a href="http://www.b92.net/eng/news/region.php?yyyy=2016&mm=09&dd=26&nav_id=99298" class="text-link" target= "_blank">the RS Day referendum</a> held on September 25, the Beta agency has reported.

It's one thing to like sleeping in a coffin, but collecting nails and hammering yourself inside is quite the skill!

An epicly stupid decision by the court who should have just let it go. Not only have they given oxygen to the political dispute, they have reduced any credibility they may have had even further. If Bosnia falls apart in future, this will be one of those decisions cited. They should have stayed above the fray.

If the Constitutional Court of BiH had a better level of judicial competence, it would have appropriate judicial responses to Izetbegovic's political requests annulling a statutory holidays and democratic votes. Its foreign interlocutors spurned the crisis by gross judicial negligence; these foreigners erroneously decide to adjudicate political issues. The stupidity of taking on political issues is eclipsed by a tsunami of illegitimacy reflected in decisions split along ethnic lines by people who couldn't distinguish a constitution from constipation
