Montenegro's membership in NATO is as good as done. The Republicans hate Serbia even more so than do the Democrats.

Serbian people do have a short memory, remember back in 1945 when they put Josip Broz a Croatian beast on the throne in Beograd? It was only 1945, the Serbian people already so soon forgot and forgave Croatian Nazi Ustase for the murder of well over one million Eastern Orthodox Christian people in Krajina! So yes every thing is possible!!!
