Stoltenberg wants Serbs to get on board the NATO train which is badly faltering on many levels. The problem with these westerners is they don't know how to bring this about without a full apology and compensation so now days we get this BS about regretting the loss of innocent life.

This ideology of apologizing thinking all past sins will be wiped clean stems from the US which comes from dealing with their people. In other words watching too much CNN and Fox.

Well Stoltenburg you can shove your regrets where the sun does not shine and if anyone thinks that Vucic or any other leader will turn it around for the west then their leadership is very close to being terminated.
