Therefore, as icj has declared sj to be brilliant then sj declares icj1 to be an albanian idiot. We now have irrefutable proof of icj1 confirming that whatever sj writes is the truth, the conclusive evidence is that even icj1 agrees with sj’s statement that he/she is an idiot.

Peter the Rocky is scratching around trying to find links that the poor guy thinks Serbia takes any notice of.The UN rep for the UK is an insignificant nobody ,most Brits don't even know who he is!! As for Wikipedia articles they are sources of historical revisionism in the same literary league as many of the Rocky's infamous xenophobic rantings. Time you found something more constructive to do with your talents, there's no Nobel Prizes for nonsense.

I would agree with you in most cases dealing with American officials as they don't even know next door US states let alone European countries. However, Melania's father was a member of the Communist Party of Yugoslavia and director of a textile Company and relatively well off.

I'm not sure if you have too much to drink but most of this makes no sense. By the way Trump does not give a rat's arse about Kosovo or whether Serbia recognizes it. He has much bigger problems to resolve at home.

I swear that I take just 2 small cups of rakia and one canabis cigarette, nothing more. But I'm ok – I can handle it, I don’t get easily down. By the way did UK legalize it, is not illegal now ee?
My comment doesn't mean that it will happen, but of course it is an option, nationalism is in raise everywhere, and we are surrounded by mad people, so everything is possible.
I think that EU was caught unprepared by this Russian ”attack” and the “dirty” strategy against Europe. The only strategy EU have for the moment is to make Russia reflect, she have no intention to ”damage” Russia ( for the moment ).
But If i were Putin I will be more carefully because he already have enough sleeping fires on its own territory.
If I would like to damage Russia I will do the same as Russia is doing: I will use nationalism, I will use 20 or 30 million Muslims in Russia, in Chechnya and some other sleeping fires in Russia, but i would not like to see that.

Now being fair: All I know is that RS is a problem today, it will be a problem even after 100 years so it should be resolved, because Europe had the same problem with Kosovo for 100 years.
Regarding to Vojvodina: I don’t see any significant movement which want to unify with Hungary. (Underground I don’t know). But for sure Hungary must claim and has the right to claim it – having present Orban, nothing is impossible.

The US politics are always based on US interest in world, so what is good for US will not change what is bad - yes. But, for sure US will try to look like that someone who have changed, accepted her errors, try to look like that someone who really want “peace” (while creating conflicts to sell all the weapons and Trump will protect the US businessman no?), will try to look “a fair and right” part but never neutral. Now, regarding to Kosovo there will be no change but a push toward Serbian to recognize it as soon as possible, not changes because there is a single reason of “why”, with an insignificant Serbian population, and with an EU which know better the historic facts and support it.
I’m not sure about Bosnia and RS. Is Bosnia a NATO member? Now,to be clear and analyze the facts, even if US and Russia would like that RS get independence ( because to unify with Serbia, is in conflict with Serbia’s policy in Kosovo and even with Albanian one), both US and Russia should take the aprovation of EU members like UK, Germany, France….et.etc., without that aprovation is impossible to do any move. If we take a look behind and we see the history were the EU members who were decisive in such a decisions regarding to EU, especially in Balkan, as much as it is considered even by Churchill “ the soft belly of Europe”, and is Europe who face the problems neither US or Russia.

My dear! The today Russia is a threat for EUROPE as much as Hitler was. Threatening with nuclear missiles the neighboring country and Europe is the same as what happened in WWII.
If there will be a war – there will be an European war against Russia, not an Albanian one. But, one thing is sure sj, Russia will be kicked out AGAIN, because she doesn't look like a ally but as an enemy of Europe.
I don’t see any other European country fearing an invasion, neither USA neighbors being fearing an invasion by USA. While Poles, Ukrainians, Lituanians, Baltic countries – yes. So what’s your point?
Is not Europe who is threatening Russia but the opposite.

US policy is changing right now. Its only proper for a US diplomat to announce that no changes are being made until they are announced while other policy changes are never made publicly. Rest assured that policy on the Balkans is changing because the US cannot continue this endless cycle of borrowings otherwise a man like Trump would never have been elected.
In the 1970s, 1980s or up to the 1990s a person like Trump would have had no chance of staying in contention for president for more than 1 or 2 months. Let’s be honest he would have been laughed off the stage. Today, people lap up everything Trump tells them and that only happens when people are desperate for change and he offers it.
Watch Trumps face when he gets the full debriefing by US Treasury on the actual state of the US economy. I think that will happen in early January 2017.

Yeah, that's not going to happen i am afraid. Kosovo is an important cornerstone for Us foreign policy and it doesn't matter if the president is republican or democrat, or what administration they have. It's too late now, Kosovo will never go back (not in a 1000 years atleast) to serbia. It's already done with the establishment of an independent state. The cold harsh reality will bite the Serbs sooner or later when they realize that it was all over 18 years ago. The Trump administration will remain the same when it comes to us policy in the balkans, like the ambassador already mentioned( the ambassadors in Albania and Kosova said the same thing). Time to accept that you lost. Being a sore loser will not make things better. Grow up and do something else instead. Kosovo is a lost cause for the serbs. And you have only yourselves to blame and nobody else

Granted that all predictions about Trump may be wrong, here is my two cents. He was as surprised as everybody else when he won. He did not have a clue about the enormity of the job, remember Obama's hair turning white within a year of his election? I don't think Trump will have the stamina to be involved closely in the day to day operations, so he will leave the main jobs to others. Who are these others? The republican career politicians face a big dilemma. Being involved in the administration may be good for their career and give opportunities for to apply their policies, however, being in a Trump administration may backfire on their future career, if that administration fails. Regarding the policies towards the Balkans, the national interests of the US and of the EU are about stability in the Balkans, and that won't change. Serbia's policies and wishes towards Kosovo go against that stability.

U.S. policy towards the Balkans does not have to directly change that much for there to be big practical change.

Here's what's more important. Trump is making some big commitments. He wants to drastically lower income and corporate tax rate while spending more on infrastructure projects and building the wall. Not many countries could tax less and spend more. America can. But something has to give. I think that something is the empire. America will stop funding regimes and NGOs all over the world and hopefully even pull out of military bases (i.e. Bondsteel) because cuts in spending have to be made for Trumps promises.

And when you add that with rebuilding a relationship with Russia, then these are very great things for Serbia. If the Trump administration has little interest in the Balkans as possible, that is a good thing. He doesn't need to actively take Serbia's positions on anything. Without U.S. support, the KLA will crumble and moderate Albanians will begin talks with their state on peaceful reintegration.

You'd have to think there was some reason why Thaci and Rama openly interfered in the U.S. democratic process by urging Albanian-Americans to vote Clinton.

US policy is changing right now. Its only proper for a US diplomat to announce that no changes are being made until they are announced and some policies are never publicly made.
Today people lap up everything Trump tells them and that only happens when people are desperate.
Watch Trumps face when he gets the full debriefing by US Treasury on the actual state of the US economy.

U.S. policy towards the Balkans does not have to directly change that much for there to be big practical change.

Serbia's policies and wishes towards Kosovo go against that stability.

so in the un there is a stipulation on legality of extra-territorial military adventurism. as a self-proclaimed justice of the international criminal court (the number one in fact), one would suspect that you are already aware of this law, but for those that aren't...
"That is to say, the use of military force by one UN member state in or against another state is illegal under international law."
"This rule, however, is subject to three exceptions: military action in self-defense, military action authorized by the Security Council under Chapter VII of the UN Charter, and military action based on the principle of “intervention upon invitation”."

so, to recap... assad is the recognized leader of the internationally recognized sovereign independent nation of syria. assad requested russian military intervention (much like the president of iraq requested american military intervention in 2014 to deal with the terrorist insurgency within iraq).
milosevic was the recognized leader of the internationally recognized sovereign independent nation of yugoslavia. he did not ask for nato (or the individual nations witin nato) for their military intervention.

can't compare nato bombing of yugoslavia with that of russian bombing of syria.
sorry that law, rules and regulations continue to bite you in the ass.

no where does the law allow for individuals or a collation of "the willing" to determine on their own what military interventions should take place.

Welcome to 2016 mate, it appears you were a few years behind. America has already dis-engaged years ago when the CE of B92 forums sj ruled that America had collapsed and run out of cash. It appears you missed his/her teachings; pay more attention next time lol

P.S. CE = Chief Economist
(icj1, 23 November 2016 14:44)

What has our resident albanian idiot been saying ad nauseam? “Since sj is the CE of B92 forums sj is always correct we must adhere to his/her teachings ………. “Only a brilliant economist like the CE of B92 forums …

1st change in US policy: The guy who said this will be gone

2nd change in US policy: The guy that replace him doesn't care very much anymore because the American people don't care either.

It is safe to say that America is dis-engaging (how much is to be seen).

Trump doesn't care. Neither do Americans.

Are you sure? You think NATO will just give up and surrender? NATO beat USSR. Russia is much easier to beat.
(Avni, 22 November 2016 21:34)

How did NATO beat the USSR? Was there a war that most have somehow slept through? I would not hold my breath on NATO beating Russia since even US conservative think tanks have said that Russia has the upper hand against the US and NATO combined.
If you guys are waiting for NATO to look after you, then if I was you I would be very worried.

Amnesty Yugoslavia

Foreign war and conflict are essential to US survival.
(Amnesty Yugoslavia, 22 November 2016 14:39)

Why? :) Or is it the usual... i.e. because a certain Amnesty Yugoslavia says so? :)

icj1, the CB of B92, asks why? Well no one is surprised our resident bigot, icj1, may think otherwise.
The USA is dependent on hatred and evil in the same manner that icj1, the CB of B92, is dependent on apartheid bigotry. Hatred and evil drive the US, in the same manner they drive icj1 to post daily bigoted drivel. The essence of icj1's evil is evident even to icj1. icj1 has diagnosed themselves as a nihilist. icj1 is the one person on B92 who labels an entire ethnic group with a medical disorder. icj1 recently confessed to have "lost control".

Why? icj1, the CB of B92, asks? Because the USA, just like icj1, is dependent on hatred and evil.
