Anniversary of WW2 operation to rescue Allied pilots

Yes, I remember, so long ago, one stayed with us for a while hidden at our staro imanje there in Malo Kosovo selo Zvjerinac! He was very tall I remember, very white and Blond hair and also wounded with a broken leg. He wore our typical worn country working cloths and shoes and he even went with us to pray at Sveta Lazarica on the Saint days and Sundays! Yes so long ago, how the world has changed, how the USA has changed! Well the whole community of Serbian people saved a few I know and that is a blessing for us Serbian people! I only hope God will remember how it was and not forget us like the USA did!!!
