Why is anyone surprised here? The Albos stole George Bush's watch so why would they not steel someone's land????????

Exactly... only B92 appears to be suprised to consider this newsworthy. B92 reporters should pay close attention next time to the teachings of the CE of B92 forums sj and not waste time with stuff that has already been determined to be not newsworthy by the CE of B92 forums sj!

Interesting comments. What no one is mentioning is the the Kosovo Police and Courts are prosecuting this person for the fraud he committed. On a serious note, land ownership is difficult in Kosovo as many properties have changed hands over the years. For instance, I had an employee who went to court to obtain ownership of her apartment. The facts are that her father was an employee of a socially owned enterprise and as such was allowed to buy into an apartment (he paid 20%, company 80%). When he was fired in one of the government purges by the state, he lost the flat and did not get his money back. It was then sold to a Serbian employee with the same arrangement. So the court had to decide who owned the apartment. Both parties paid in good faith and had valid claims. The only culprit was the government that siezed the property and did not reimburse the original 20% owner.

Lets look at the big picture, how about all the real estate owned by Serbian people who were terrorized, raped and murdered in Kosovo, Srpska Krajina and Bosna Herzegovina? Many hundreds of thousand Serbian people permanently displaced from their ancient and sacred home lands from the former Jugoslavia and what about them all? A lot of Serbian real estate out there in Albanian Islamic terrorist hands and Croatian Nazi Ustase hands with the blessing of Germany, England and the good old USA! What our Serbian Fathers and Mothers paid for with their blood, sweat and tears now stolen by Satan!!!

As a son of a Serbian mother, I generally tend to support justice for Serbian people. Ordinary Serbs have suffered enough at the hands of those who want to punish the many for the crimes of a few. I detest discrimination! Still, why are you all report this story as an Albanian man selling a Serb's land? Why aren't you reporting this as a police officer selling land that doesn't belong to him? If we want true reconciliation between the two proud peoples, we need to stop discussing their ethnicity. This only serves to incite hatred.
