Foghy to impose a no fly zone you would need many things with the first being air superiority which the US does not have. If it did have this superiority Washington would have not waited for a second rate politician to suggest it. Then the US would need to ensure that their aircraft would not get shot down, which the US cannot guarantee.
Foghy you were in charge of NATO so you should have shown the Russians who was boss in Crimea.

Dear, both Pristina and Belgrade are happy with the current status. Pristina is happy that Kosovo is independent from Serbia and Belgrade is happy that Kosovo is Serbia. So, a settlement that makes sense to BOTH groups has already been reached and thus there is nothing left to negotiate!
