As long as the United Kingdom is paying its contributions and has not left the EU, the UK has every right to do and say what it wants within the Community.

The UK has decided to leave the EU so what is Davenport doing in Belgrade telling Serbs about great benefits of joining it?

The problem with the Poms is that they think that Great Britain lives again. Sad to tell them it does not unless Queen Victoria is on the Throne.

As far as Serbs turning to their old allies, the UK is certainly not one of them. Perhaps a look at which country attempted to bring to the UN the genocide BS in Srebrenica might give you a hint.

Its time for Serbia to turns its attention back again to old time war allies like Britain for a new joint business trade partnership. Why Not". Serbia is currently standing alone and it can do what ever it pleases.

Anything that retards and ultimately torpedoes the efforts by stooges such as Vucic and co. to get Serbia into the "EU" is a good thing for the Serbian people. The EU did not make the Czech republic, Slovenia and Poland great... Germany did. Serbia, like other economic powerhouses such as Albania, Bulgaria and Romania will provide cheap labor and be kept in check, finally, by Western European technocrats in Brussels. Not good.
