From what I saw, US foreign policy will be changing quite considerably. Trump has distanced himself from republican hawks and stated many times that NATO is a drain on US resources. More importantly is the Putin/Trump bromance which I think will put Serbia back on the agenda favourably.

Interesting you say that Danny. I was reading up about his wife and for the many languages she knows, she listed Serbian. Not Serbo-Croatian or Croatian, but Serbian. So it seems she is fond of Serbia.
