The truth remains my friend that most drug arrests appear to involve Albanian citizens of Albania/Serbia(Kosovo)/Montenegro. Sadly for you that is the truth.Not denying it, Serbians have their own scumbags but they are either minor league teams or just cleverer and don't get caught. Either way I wish they would all rot in hell as they are poisoning the children and ruining underprivileged sections of society.
