Road deaths are a nasty curse; good roads save lives as well as helping the economy. Well designed roads with traffic separation for different directions are now the modern way.

I hope that developers are leaning about 'traffic calming' - as a way of making it hard for speeders to endanger lives in town.

Enforcement is important. Seat belts are still stupidly resisted by many drivers, aggressive driving is often a pain, and the use of mobile phones while driving is sometimes leathal.

This is a good example of some Serbian politicians mentality, they imagine Serbia will not exist with out Hitler and with out the Roman Catholic Empire! The Slavic Eastern Orthodox Balkans are a entity within it self, we Serbian people don't need to look unto greener pastures because they are just an illusion! Liberty and Peace will never come to Serbia unless Serbian people, the 99.9 % common and ordinary Serbian citizen unite and become one!!!

I hear Serbia invented highways and has a patent on them. Therefore until the cream of the crop of humanity allows the rest of the world to have highways, we can't have them either.

Why can't Serbia feel like Serbia? Italy and especially Austria or Germany are not countries to look up to!!!
