I have asked a question when Vucic claimed Tito's villa in Slovenia, and I am asking you how are you going to transport Trepca to Belgrade, as well as the villa!?

For starters, Serbia doesn't need to transport anything because Trepca is already located in Serbia. Now, you managed to steal the southern part of Trepca, and not much Serbia can do about it as long as NATO is protecting your occupation. Likewise, the northern part of Trepca is in free Serbian held territory and you can never steal that too because the local population has proven it will chase you back over the bridge everytime. Also, in order to privatize Trepca, you not only need both halves, you need to prove you are legitimate owners of the property, which you are not. Thus, you will fail spectacularly unless Serbia's government capitulates which they are saying they wont.

You don't need both halves of Trepca. From my understanding the minerals are located in the Southern portion and the smelters are in the North. You can sell raw minerals, refine them elsewhere, or even build another smelter BUT you can't make lignite happen where you want it to be.

I agree to a certain extent, when you say nothing happens without Serbia agreeing to whatever the case may be about. You're absolutely right.

Well, the answer is simple... Serbia knows very well where they are geographically... U.N. is irrelevant if they decided to go down that route.
Serbia knows EU is the biggest player when it comes to solving many problems that Serbia is facing economically and politically.
That indeed is the only reason why Serbia chose to negotiate with EU rather than UN.
My point is, every decision Serbia has made, it has been well calculated in their best interest.
To sum it up, Serbia is making these decisions not because anyone is forcing her to do so, but rather the circumstances that surround her.

I personally would like to see all of Balkan region work together as much as possible, it is the only way to achieve maximum potential.

Nobody is talking about the capabilities of the stolen part of Trepca in South Mitrovica. That was stolen way back in 1999 and you have been using it since. No, we are talking about the KLA's plans to sell Trepca to a foreign investor because money and Western handouts are drying up fast. See you will only get a fraction of the price of you only sell the southern part. And you aren't capable of solidifying control of the northern part. Then, there is a doubt that any legitimate investor would even buy it. They know that they wouldnt be buying it from the real owners and the actual owners could one day sue them for this. Property rights are pretty unalienable and that's actually an American principle. So best of luck in this new endeavor, you're going to need it.
