I love it when they lay down the terms to Serbia so subtlety, as there is no need to be demanding with a cockroach state like Serbia!!!

Why not just have both Serbia and Kosovo join the EU together, that way one could not block the other.

If one is ready before the other then it should wait and help the slower one to meet its obligations.
