Serbian patriarch: Churches must put aside what divides them

In reality though the Roman Catholics and Protostants are so far apart from Eastern Orthodox Christianity, like the South Pole and the North Pole never will be close just completely oposite!

Eastern Orthodox Christianity does not need any other religions, in fact we need to amoung our selves just unite under one umbrella of faith! Eastern Orthodox Christianity is very wide spread in Europe, all we need to do is unite!

So better we concentrate on mending and uniting within our Christian Eastern Orthodox religion, forget all the others, believe me that they are well organized and united in their goal to erase all traces of our heritage and faith!!!

If I were to believe, I guess that I would quite like the Eastern Orthodox church, because they dress up a lot and have things like candles and icons.

But I don't believe that there is any relationship between God, dressing up, candles and icons. Infact, I don't believe in any of it - God included. He is an unlikely invention of the human mind, and is observably omni-non-present.

As a hobby religion is an engaging activity. It certainly keeps Dragoljub Djurkovic happy.

Religion is stupid. Any religion is stupid. If it weren't Ayatollah Irenej would still believe in Zeus. Instead he now believes in another imaginary friend in the sky.

Just think all the gold and property of churches was put in good use for people like feed them, build homes.

Those gold crosses or trinkets used to build a factory....I see no issue with believe but no need for such extravagant buildings that are used once a week for 2h. build homes shelter for poor, schools and in basement or auditorium of school each weekend you can have your church time.

All it does it separates people, just look at Serbs, Croats and Bosnians same people same language fighting for what - really think about it!

Religion is tax exempt on top of it hmmm....

Of course the Orthodox Church is the original one. Everything else were just fantasies of the Europeans. But politically we'll never admit it as it may serve us bad service in the future. Slavs must be kept divided as they cause too much trouble.
