Well, the problem is that the Russian ruler has no desire to be your partner because even your existence and values are a threat to him. If the majority of the Russian populace aspired to live like you, the Russian ruler would not be able to rule any longer.

Why? Well Donald Trump has released a statement debunking this entire claim as false. He never had any sort of interview let alone say anything.

An official for Donald Trump’s campaign says a Serbian magazine fabricated an interview in which the GOP nominee apologizes to Serbia for the 1999 N.A.T.O. bombing campaign waged against them.
The magazine Nedeljnik released excerpts from what says it is an interview with Trump conducted via advisor Suzanne Ryder Jaworowski, a Trump senior advisor and his campaign manager for the state of Indiana

Trump is a joke who is going to lose. Why any country would want to be associated with him is beyond me. Even members of his own party are distancing themselves from him.
His association with Serbia will surely cause more harm to Serbian interests and put in the spotlight Serbian ties to Putin and Russia.
