"this revolution would entail the introduction of lustration and punishment of “all those with blood on their hands and dirt on their conscience.”

Well, a failed opportunity. Today Slobo's terrible little helper are running the country again, and Serbia basicly is a failed state. Democracy more or less only exists on paper, and the ruling gang controlles the media, lies, cheats, and glorifies the horrible past which brought death and destruction to so, so many people all over the Balkans. Serbia needs another revolution.

I am living for last 3 years in Serbia and was in Serbia for 4 months in 2002. It is a complete different country in early 2000's to now mid2010's. Life has progressed alot along, but alot of people want someone else to do the hard work to get them the living standards like in Germany or Swedan that they keep comparing to.
Serbia will get better standard of living, but it takes time, especially with the Balkans and there mentality.
