It is easy to use then corridor 11 highway from Pojate (Serbia ) to Preljina (Montenegro),then down to Durres Albania. It will then by pass Pristina and infrastructure. No one say's NO to infrastructure,but idiot Like you. Then poor Pristina is isolated,if thinking is backwards like you.
