@LK
When your country vetoes recognition of Srebrenica genocide at the UN and always acts to favor Serbs over other nationalities, do you think Bosniaks or Croats will trust you to be any kind of inter-mediator?

Don't lump the Croats in your inept analysis; the Bosnian Croats are looking for a reason to join Croatia and are only part of the Bosnian Federation as part of the Dayton Accord, nothing more or less. They do not want nothing to do with being led by an Islamic Bosnian Federation.

And serbs should just trust the United States to be objective and fair towards the serbs? Russia needs to get involved just for this reason. Otherwise Serbia will continue to be bullied by the West.

One of those Russians was a friend of mine. A Bosniak pretended to be a Serb and made him step out of the trench … He went there not to kill Bosniaks but to fight the West and the Muslims on the Serbian side. It is important for the understanding. I am the one here to suppose reconciliation between you and the Serbs. Srebrenica wasn’t the only or the first place where crimes were committed you know. What about the initial explosions on the bazar? Just be honest!

Many of the current problems arose in 19-20 centuries and were results of the European involvements to the Balkan affairs. Ottoman Empire was the best place for all Balkan peoples to live in. There was no discrimination of the Orthodox or of any others before the Brits and the French started to provoke Christians in early 19 century. Turkish fascism of Tanzimat period (after 1826) and even worse Nazism of 1915-1942 were a reaction for the pressure.

Please read something about the Bogomils and the Catharis to understand where the roots of the split are. We are told that they were of Bulgar origin but it’s only part of the truth because Bulgars and Volgars are synonymous. Besides ALL Slavs in the regions were Bulgars including Muslim and Orthodox Serbs and Muslim and Catholic Croats. Today Bogomil cathedrals and castles in Paris and Languedoc ect. are exposed as Catholic despite the Catharis crosses at their entrances and inside.

I see no fatal reasons why Bosniaks and Serbs cannot live in one state. It will take time and special efforts although. And Russia can be the best intermediator I guess.

Nope, you guess wrong. Most Bosniaks and Croats don't trust Russia and don't see Russia as any kind of inter-mediator, but rather only there to help Serbs. When your country vetoes recognition of Srebrenica genocide at the UN and always acts to favor Serbs over other nationalities, do you think Bosniaks or Croats will trust you to be any kind of inter-mediator? There are thousands of graves of Russians in Bosnia and Croatia killed while trying to kill Bosniaks and Croats in the 90's. I don't think they forget that either. Serbs see Russia very differently than the rest of the people from the former Yugoslavia.

I see no fatal reasons why Bosniaks and Serbs cannot live in one state. It will take time and special efforts although. And Russia can be the best intermediator I guess. There are plenty of peoples who are composed of believers in different religions. Such are the Georgians and the Ossetians where some 15-20% belong to Islam and 80% are Orthodox. Such are the Shqiptars and many other peoples. So the Bosniaks can have special autonomies in Serbia.

We all know that the ancestors of the Bosniaks were the Bogomils who had most tragic fate on the continent. Holocaust was a small scandal compared to the catastrophe that the Bogomils aka Catharis had suffered in the middle ages. It all happened in the 16-17 centuries (not in 12-14 as we are told) i.e. exactly when Islam began to gain strength. So changing religion could be a way out to survive.

Mortal enemies of the Bogomils/Catharis were the Protestants and the Catholics because Catharism (like Islam) was a branch of the Orthodox Church. They inhabited south regions of France and Spain in Roussillon (!) region + Belgium, Holland, Germany, Qatar ect. Their only sin was that their religion did not meet the improvements to the Bible made by the Reformatory. Then Quran could be much closer to the original than then Bible while both of the books meant the same – READING. That’s why I never call the Muslim Slavs traitors. It was the only way for them to survive.

Yet another stunning 'victory' by the islamists in Sarajevo (/sarc) and their Western backers. What on earth did they hope to gain by picking this fight, or were they encouraged by their 'partners'?

Of course the judges of the Bosnian Constitutional Court will not be held responsible, it was a political decision after all, and much will go on as usual run by the clan Izetbegovic, like Djukanovic, the only ones who remain from the early 1990s.

A peaceful decision reached by residents in a vote is more valid in a democratic society than a dictat by unelected foreign rulers and foreign judges. The beginning of the end for the OHR and foreign judges on the CCBH.

Bravo RS..

Next referendum for Boxit.. exit from Bosnia..

The Bosnians did not want to be a minority under Under a Serbian YG then why do they expect the Serbs to be a minority under them?

Fact is that RS day created before the war and the Serbs are a majority in RS hence what's the drama

Fact is that Bosnia is slowly trying to dismantle RS and stoking the flames intolerance..

Let the Serbs be in a peace and vice versa, how will it hurt anyone in sarejevo if RS leaves Bosnia? The war will be forgotten in a generation or two just like the atrocities committed by Bosnians and Croats against the Serbs in WWII are forgotten and disregarded by these two groups?

I'm not even Seb but this looks fairly obvious on the outside

it's obvious now that the constitutional court made a mistake in considering the case, and reaching the conclusion that it made. I expect an escalation in rhetoric from the west, which will not help the situation, and I urge everyone to remain calm and work towards a meaningful peace.
